Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong part, ezToolbox will provide an exchange, store credit or refund provided that:
- You can provide a proof of purchase.
- It is within 30 days of your item(s) being sent.
- The item(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging and tags attached.
- The item(s) is not subject to the exclusions below.
Listing Incorrect or Item Not as Described
If the part does not fit your application due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, ezToolbox will provide an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:
- The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival.
- The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle.
- You provide your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit.
- You include a picture of the boxed item before sending the return.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products sold by ezToolbox are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims must meet one of the following criteria and be sent to ezToolbox with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:
- The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or the ezToolbox descriptions; or
- The product was damaged during delivery.
Exclusions
Please choose carefully when selecting the following items. Due to the exclusive / made-to-order nature of these items we cannot provide a return or refund if you change your mind.
- Custom made and/or special orders
- DBA: If the item is out of stock or made to order
- TEIN: If the item is special order
