Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Small Size Parcels (via Australia Post): 2–5 Business Days*
  • Medium to Large Size Parcels (via TNT): 1–5 Business Days*
  • Store Pickup (QLD Stores)

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please only attend once you’ve received this confirmation. Pick-up is available during store trading hours.

*Timeframes are estimates from the dispatch date and are business days only. Please allow up to 1 week for warehouse processing due to supply demand or external impacts (e.g. COVID delays).

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, warehouse processing may take up to 7 days depending on demand and external conditions.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from our shipping partner (usually TNT or Australia Post) via email.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs and investigation delays.

Tracking Your Parcel

All dispatched orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been sent. Please use the courier’s online tracking service to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Covid-19 & Delivery Delays

Please be aware that due to ongoing COVID-19 impacts, delivery delays may occur. In some cases, we may experience limited staff or temporary store closures, which can affect our delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Information & Non-Collection

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. If incorrect information is submitted, email us ASAP at eztbbrisbane@gmail.com quoting your order number.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, postage charges cannot be refunded. By placing an order, you confirm the provided shipping details are correct and commit to the sale.

Store Pickup Procedure

You’ll receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection. Please present your confirmation email to staff when picking up. Orders can only be picked up during regular business hours at your selected QLD store location.

Claims & Returns

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. All claims for damage or short delivery must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Please provide photo or video evidence of any damage before unboxing the product packaging. Claims submitted without adequate documentation or outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
