We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please attend only after receiving this confirmation. Pickup is available during store trading hours.
*Timeframes are estimates from the dispatch date and count business days only. Please allow up to 1 week for warehouse processing due to supply demand or external impacts.

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Warehouse processing may take up to 7 days depending on demand and external conditions.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from our shipping partner (usually TNT or Australia Post) via email.
  • Delivery times can be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or customs/investigation delays.

Incorrect Information & Non-Collection

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
  • If you submitted incorrect information, email us ASAP at eztbbrisbane@gmail.com quoting your order number.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, postage charges cannot be refunded.
  • By placing an order, you confirm the details are correct and commit to the sale.

Store Pickup Procedure

  • You’ll receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please present your confirmation email to staff upon pickup.
  • Pickup is available during regular business hours at your selected QLD store location.

Claims & Returns

  • Please inspect goods upon delivery.
  • All claims for damage or short delivery must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Provide photo or video evidence of any damage before unboxing the product packaging.
  • Claims without adequate documentation or outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
